Where does the training take place?

Most of my clients are from Monmouth County area or the surrounding areas. We can jog together through the local parks and work out together in your home. But I am not limited to just the Monmouth County area so contact me, I am sure we will find a solution!

What are your certifications?

I am certified with an accredited certifying company, The American Council on Exercise, who you can find at Check out the About Me page for more details about me as a trainer.  

Why should I spend money on a personal trainer?

My main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customized training program that corresponds to your specific needs and goals. In addition, I am also your advisor. I can detect when your posture is not quite right or when you are putting too much pressure on the wrong muscles. I will teach you all the proper techniques and forms including posture, breathing and muscle activation. Having a scheduled training appointment will also help in achieving your goals, improving your overall fitness, reaching or maintaining a healthy weight, and having productive workouts that correspond with your goals and adhere to a program. 

How often should I train with you?

That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and your commitment. Usually, I train with my clients a minimum of twice a week.
